I understand that by booking a guided Trail run with Running2Resonate I agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
1. I understand that all guided Trail runs must be paid for in full prior to the run itself.
2. I understand that payment is fully refundable for 48 hours after it has been made.
3. I understand that after the 48 hours grace period, Running2Resonate will no longer provide refunds. If a reasonable amount of notice is given we are would be happy to defer your booking to another future guided Trail run.
4. If the guided Trail run has to be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, your booking will be returned to you in the form of a full refund or via a credit to be used on a future guided Trail run., which ever is your preference.
5. If an event is cancelled for any reason by Running2Resonate, the participant will be due a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another event.
PARTICPANT'S RESPONSIBILITIES
6. Participant's must be 16 or above to participate in a Running2Resonate guided Trail run.
7. I understand that I have a responsibility for ensuring my own fitness to participate in the event and will declare all medical details if required.
8. Before attending a guided Trail run, participants must check they are able to run at the advertised pace.
9. During the guided Trail run, participants are required to follow the instructions of the run leader at all times.
10. The run leader will warn and stop the group at any roads crossings, however it is your own responsibility to check for traffic and cross the road safely.
11. Participant's are responsible for their own safety whilst running and understand the risks associated with running on off-road terrain. In addition, participants must always follow The Countryside code. Please see the link, below:

12. In the event that the participant is unable to attend, they will inform Running2Resonate as soon as possible.
PARTICIPANT'S LIABILITY
13. Running2Resonate accepts no liability for any damage, injury or loss suffered by or to me, or to any other persons, or to any property in connection with the guided Trail run.
14. While Running2Resonate will take every care in staging the guided Trail run, the participant acknowledges that personal accident and personal items insurance is his or her sole responsibility.
15. Running2Resonate reserves the right at any time to remove participants from a guided Trail run or prevent participants participating in a guided Trail run if they consider such action necessary for safety reasons or the proper enjoyment of the event by other participants or for any other reasonable reason. No refund shall be made if the participant has acted negligently, maliciously, with wilful misconduct or otherwise without due care and attention for the event or other participants, so as to cause his/her removal.
16. The participant consents to being photographed and filmed throughout the event and that these films and photographs may be used in any media for the purpose of advertising, publicity and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of the event (and future events) and/or the promotion of the Running2Resonate.
17. By agreeing to these terms, you are also agreeing to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
CORONAVIRUS TERMS
18. Participants are advised to read the current Government Guidance regarding outside organised sport which will be followed by Running2Resonate. The full Guidance can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-grassroots-sports-guidance-for-the-public-and-sport-providers

19. Running2Resonate will take no responsibility for any contraction of COVID 19 while participating in an event with us.
20. Participants will not attend if they have had any Covid-19 symptoms in the 14 days previous to a guided Trail Run or who are self-isolating, in accordance with the latest government guidelines.
21. We reserve the right to request any runner to leave immediately if they show signs of Covid.
22. Participants are required to keep government recommended distance away from others, who are not in your group/household while on participating in a guided Trail run. This applies both to other runners and members of the public.
23. Participants are encouraged to wear face covering where there may be overcrowding, congestion and potential passing of members of the public.
24. Participants are to be reminded that they should not share drinking bottles, food/sacks and running equipment with other participants.
25. Participants are to be reminded that there shall be no spitting or nose blowing during the guided Trail Run.
26. Participants will give their full contact details which will be confirmed by the Group Leader for the purposes of Test & Trace.
27. Running2Resonate has completed a full Risk Assessment, including Covid Risks, which identifies the potential risks to participants and members of Running2Resonate. Participant's will be fully briefed before the guided Trail run in relation to the measures which have been implemented to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
