Running2Resonate is operated by Daniel  Ferrer (“Running2Resonate”, “we”, “us”, “our”).


This Privacy Policy outlines how we process personal data we collect from you and the also the data you provide to us. Please read the following carefully so you can fully understand how we treat your personal data, our views and the practices that we will take.

For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation, and any subsequent data protection legislation, the data controller is Running2Resonate.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

We may collect personal data in a number of ways including:

    You may give us information about yourself by filling in our Booking Form  on our site, www.running2resonate.co.uk,  by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you book and pay for a guided Trail run with us. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, financial and debit/credit card information.
  • Information we collect about you.

We  may automatically collect the following information: when you visit the Running2Resonate website:

  • Technical information, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet.
  • Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs)


  • Information we receive from other sources.
    We may receive information about you if you use  third parties we work closely with (including, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, analytics providers, search information providers) and may receive information about you from them.

PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your information with selected third parties including, Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.
