There will be a maximum of 8 runners per group (including 2x Running2Resonate members)
We would ask for participants to be a minimum of 16 years of age.
We decided that 9:00 am is a great time to start the Trail. This will ensure that the Trail is not so crowded and it's a great way to get a head start on the day.
Approximately an hour and a half to two hours but this will depend on the specific guided Trail Run.
Generally, between 7-8 minutes per kilometer unless stated otherwise. It will be at an easy, conversational and social pace with appropriate points to walk (uphills) or pause (to hydrate/refuel or take selfies!). We will aim to run as a group. However, if it becomes clear, during the booking process, that there is a clear difference between the pace of runners participating, then we shall consider dividing runners into 2 smaller groups.
We have carried a Covid Risk Assessment to ensure that our guided Trails are Covid secure and that all risks have been identified and mitigated. Participants will be fully briefed on the measures before the Trail. In addition, the current Government Guidance regarding outside organised sport will be followed. The full Guidance can be found at:
In addition, Covid Guidance can also be located at England Athletics website:
https://www.englandathletics.org/athletics-and-running/news/guidance-update-2021/
If participants have any further Covid related queries, they are advised to contact Running2Resonate's Covid Co-ordinator Dan Ferrer at dan@running2resonate.co.uk
We aim to give you as much notice as possible if the weather is so poor that we have no option but to postpone the Trail. However, we plan to continue with the Trail even if it's raining! If the Trail run is unfortunately cancelled due to poor weather we would be happy to provide a refund within 48 hours of the cancelled event. Alternatively, we would will be able to provide a credit note for a future Trail of your choice, if this is your preference.
Of course, there will be risks to participants in our guided Trail Runs compared to road running. However, these trails have been assessed for any potential hazards. We feel we have mitigated these by having members of the Team at the front and rear. In additional, both of these Team members will be trained in ITC Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid. Please contact us if you wish to see a copy of our full Health & Safety Risk Assessment.
Yes, all 3 of our current Guided Trails start and end at car park where the group will meet.
Unfortunately not. So please make sure you go before arriving or be prepared to use nature's facilities!
